Reservations	Applications via the Internet will be accepted from the 1st day (9:00 p.m.) three months prior to the month in which you plan to use the service. We will begin accepting reservations for premium areas (group reservations) before general reservations begin.

Payment	Cash, credit card, touch payment, QR code payment ※Local payment only.
Cancellation Policy	For cancellations of reservations, the following cancellation fees will be charged depending on the number of days. 3 days before the reservation date - the day before: 50% No-show on the same day or without notice: 100%
Policy Re: Cancellations due to Weather	If the Japan Meteorological Agency determines that our facility is unsafe to use, we may suspend operations. Please note that if we determine that it is not safe to use the facility on the day due to weather conditions, we may suspend operations. At our facility, we want our customers to fully enjoy their stay, so we will not charge a cancellation fee even if you cancel due to predicted bad weather. In that case, please use the reservation cancellation form to process the cancellation by the day before the reservation date.
