When can I make a reservation?
Reservations for up to three months in advance are opened at 9:00 pm on the 1st of every month. (July 1st 21:00 → Reservations start from October 1st to 31st)

Credit cards, touch payments, and QR code payments are available on site.
Will there be a cancellation fee?
The following cancellation fees will be charged.
- 3 days before the reservation date - the day before: 50%
- No-show on the same day or without notice: 100%
Policy Re: Cancellations due to Weather
- If the Japan Meteorological Agency determines that our facility is unsafe to use, we may suspend operations.
- Please note that if we determine that it is not safe to use the facility on the day due to weather conditions, we may suspend operations.
- At our facility, we want our customers to fully enjoy their stay, so we will not charge a cancellation fee even if you cancel due to predicted bad weather.

Can I rent the rental item on the same day?
It is possible if there is stock, but please make a reservation as far in advance as possible. Please select from the options when making a reservation.

Is it possible to walk in on the same day?
It is possible if there is space at the campsite. Please make a reservation from the homepage and come. If you do not make a reservation in advance, the campsite may be full and you may not be able to use it.

How can I use the Auto-camping Site power supply?
It can be used for charging mobile phones, electric kettles, hot carpets in winter, etc.
How large is the power site and how much electricity does it use?
The area is 80 to 150m2, and the electricity consumption is 1500W and 15A. Example: Hair dryer (1200W), hot carpet (750W)
Is it possible to come in and out at night?
In principle, entry and exit after 20:00 is prohibited.

Can I have fireworks?
Fireworks are not allowed at each campsite. Only hand-held fireworks can be enjoyed in the square surrounding the fire circle in front of the administration building.

Can you help me set up the tent?
Is possible. Please try it once and ask the staff if there is anything you don't understand.

A shower is available. There is no bathtub available.

Are amenities and hair dryers provided?
None are available. We have a set of camping equipment available for rental, and we also sell firewood, charcoal, soft drinks, canned beer, insect repellent spray, etc. at the shop.
Do you have any play equipment?
Basically, we don't have any.
